I just tried to follow your instructions but every time I try and fire up Eclipse it crashes with the following:

#
# An unexpected error has been detected by Java Runtime Environment:
#
#  SIGSEGV (0xb) at pc=0x095f2817, pid=7900, tid=3087436064
#
# Java VM: OpenJDK Client VM (1.6.0-b09 mixed mode linux-x86)
# Problematic frame:
# C  [UTF-16.so+0x817]  gconv+0x327
#
# An error report file with more information is saved as:
# /opt/FlexBuilder/Adobe/hs_err_pid7900.log
#
# If you would like to submit a bug report, please visit:
#   http://icedtea.classpath.org/bugzilla
# The crash happened outside the Java Virtual Machine in native code.
# See problematic frame for where to report the bug.
#
./Adobe_Flex_builder.sh: line 93:  7900 Aborted                 "${ECLIPSE_LOCATION}"/eclipse -vmargs -Xmx512M

Any ideas????
I had a look through that log file but it didn't really contain anything that useful. Just a stack of stuff like this:

Registers:
EAX=0xbfea9645, EBX=0xa319b1a4, ECX=0xbfea8ef0, EDX=0x03cc3000
ESP=0xbfea8e80, EBP=0xbfea8ea8, ESI=0xbfea8eec, EDI=0xbfea8ee4
EIP=0xa2a1cae4, CR2=0x03cc3000, EFLAGS=0x00210206

Anyway if anyones got any fixes for this that would be awsome.

That really blows...there's nothing wrong with Europa. Man Adobe is really falling behind here. Always these feeble attempts into the programming world...They just gotta stick to graphics. sheesh. LOL and the funny thing is I'm a graphics designer and web programmer...I love Adobe and I'm even saying this.

Thanks for your help on this because I installed twice banging my head over it all.
